Thank you for visiting and shopping at TurfAddict.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day however many of our items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and as such delays can occur depending on inventory, business levels, and international holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some of our drop shipped items may come from Europe and can cause   significant delays depending on shipping method.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the carrier you select. There are occasions where the supplier may deliver your product using a different carrier.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and will be overnighted once the order has been processed by the manufacturer not by Turf Addict.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on weather and natural disasters.

Turf Addict currently supports UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our   carriers.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

TurfAddict.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TurfAddict.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

TurfAddict.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please contact us as well we are happy to help if we can.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship to select countries outside the U.S. Please contact us   first to make sure we can ship to your area.
